Fête de la Musique 2024 at Les Abattoirs

Concert by the "Les Voix des Fiertés" choir

Les Abattoirs
Free entrance

Les Abattoirs, Musée - Frac Occitanie Toulouse will be opening its doors to you free of charge on Friday 21 June from 6pm to 8pm to celebrate music. The Les Voix des Fiertés choir will be on hand to provide a musical welcome from 6.30pm.

For several years now, the Abattoirs have been organising musical events and hosting a number of parties in their courtyards. Following in the footsteps of the L'Ebranleuse choir in 2023, it's now the turn of Les Voix des Fiertés to perform their a cappella repertoire in the Salle Picasso in the 2nd basement of the Abattoirs.

Les Voix des Fiertés
Co-founded in spring 2019 by Pascal Congès, Les Voix des Fiertés is an inclusive LGBTQIA+ choir open to all levels of experience, whose repertoire includes French and international chanson: Eddy de Pretto, Hoshi, Queen, Pink Martini, Anne Sylvestre, Bronski Beat, Starmania, West Side Story, etc. Their vocation is to sing at the various social and cultural events that affect the community: Pride Marches, ceremonies honouring LGBT+ deportees, World AIDS Day, International Women's Rights Day, etc.

We hope to see many of you there to celebrate music and diversity with us!
