Contemporary Mexican short films, with Cinélatino and Séquence Court-Métrage

Les Abattoirs
Auditorium
Free admission subject to availability

For this new edition, Cinélatino is focusing on contemporary Mexican cinema. As part of this, Cinélatino and La Fête du court métrage are coming together at Les Abattoirs for a special screening of Mexican short films entitled Faces cachées (Hidden Faces).

Together, they will offer the public an evening at the crossroads of their programming through a particularly interesting transgenerational focus, with an invitation to Colectivo Colmena, a collective of young filmmakers who embody the vitality and audacity of new Mexican creativity.

The programming for this special session at Les Abattoirs takes on its full meaning in light of the importance of artists from the Mexican scene, and more broadly from the Ibero-American scene, within the collections and exhibitions of the Frac museum.
