To mark the publication of the exhibition catalogue ‘Jean-Charles de Castelbajac. L'Imagination au pouvoir’ (Jean-Charles de Castelbajac. Imagination in Power), Les Abattoirs and its bookshop are organising a book signing event in the presence of the artist. Designed in collaboration with Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, this artist's book combines photographs, drawings and graphic interventions, essays and contemporary voices. It extends the exhibition and explores other aspects of Castelbajac's work, such as drawing and music.

As an introduction, the Surprise Effect company and its dancers – living embodiments of the Breakdance Sons installation designed by Castelbajac for the exhibition – will take over the Picasso room in the basement of the museum for an exceptional breakdance show.

For this unique event, the exhibition ‘Jean-Charles de Castelbajac. Imagination at work’ will be open until 8 p.m.
