For several years now, Renaud Jerez has been working on a work that analyzes how science fiction has become, thanks to virtuality. This future long imagined has in his work reincarnated in sculptural characters. Following the deposit of the contemporary art collection of CNES's arts-sciences laboratory, the two institutions continue their collaboration by presenting an exhibition on the artistic exploration of the space adventure and the figure of the cosmonaut artist. As part of the pursuit of his latest monographic exhibitions, les Abattoirs continue their exploration and rediscovery of the great figures of modern and contemporary art by offering this exhibition gathering nearly sixty sculptures of Eduardo Chillida from 1948 to 1999 in partnership with the Chillida-Leku Museum.
